Participation in Enterprise Singapore-identified global accelerators and market-access programmes, including programme fees, overseas mentoring, market access, business matching and in-market scaling activities.

This profile should be read as a funding and eligibility guide rather than a substitute for the agency's final assessment. The approved scope, support level and claim treatment remain subject to the governing programme terms and the applicant's specific project.

Who can apply?

The company must be a Singapore-based startup accepted into an eligible curated GIA+ programme identified by Enterprise Singapore. Programme-specific eligibility can differ by market and partner.

General Tech programmes: up to S$35,000. Deep Tech programmes: up to S$50,000.

Key conditions

Funding is linked to admission into an approved programme. Companies apply to the relevant programme partner first and submit the GIA+ funding application after successful onboarding.

For any project where timing matters, applicants should avoid making irreversible commitments before confirming the programme's pre-start requirements. Where the scheme is discretionary or delivered through an appointed partner, the agency or programme partner retains the final decision on eligibility and quantum.

How and when should you apply?

Programme availability follows individual partner and cohort schedules rather than one universal annual call.

Is this scheme relevant to your project?

A strong fit is: A Singapore startup entering a priority market through a curated programme where in-market mentors, customers and partners can materially accelerate expansion.

A weak fit is: General overseas travel or a market-entry project that is not linked to an approved GIA+ partner programme.

How Reeve | R&D supports the scheme

Reeve | R&D can manage the incentive workstream from initial eligibility assessment through project structuring, funding modelling, application preparation, evidence planning, agency interaction and post-award coordination, while the company or eligible applicant remains the formal applicant where required.
