What does the programme support?
The programme supports the development of a first sustainability report through packages delivered by appointed programme partners.
Depending on the selected package, supported work may include:
- materiality assessment;
- ESG data collection and analysis;
- sustainability-report drafting;
- climate-related disclosures;
- emissions-data work;
- governance, policy and process development;
- sustainability-reporting training and advisory.
Who can apply?
The applicant must:
- be registered and operating in Singapore;
- have at least 30% local equity;
- have group annual sales turnover not exceeding S$100 million, or group employment not exceeding 200 employees;
- be a local non-listed SME preparing its first sustainability report.
The programme is not intended for companies that have already published a sustainability report.
How much funding is available?
Enterprise Singapore provides up to 70% support on the selected sustainability-reporting package fees for applications during the current programme window.
No separate public monetary cap is stated. The support is applied to the eligible package offered by an appointed programme partner.
How is the work delivered?
Applications and delivery are routed through Enterprise Singapore's appointed programme partners.
The programme currently lists providers offering different package durations and reporting approaches. Companies should select the package that best matches their reporting objectives, maturity and internal data readiness.
Key conditions
The company must meet the SME and local-equity criteria and be preparing its first sustainability report.
The supported work must be delivered through the programme-partner route rather than by an unrestricted advisor of the company's choice.
When should you apply?
The current support window runs until 31 October 2027.
Because programme packages can take several months to complete, companies should allow sufficient time for data preparation, materiality work, drafting and management review.
Is SME SRP relevant to your company?
A strong fit is a Singapore non-listed SME that has not previously published a sustainability report and wants a structured first reporting exercise.
A weak fit is a listed or larger company preparing mandatory sustainability disclosures, or an SME that already has an established sustainability-reporting process.
How Reeve | R&D supports the programme
Reeve | R&D can help assess programme fit, define the reporting-support workstream, coordinate the funding position and integrate the programme with a broader sustainability or capability roadmap while the company engages the appointed programme partner and remains the formal applicant where required.
