What does it support?

The call focused on joint development of commercially promising products, processes and solutions in advanced communications and ICT. Collaborative work could include technology R&D, development, validation and preparation for market use.

Who can apply?

Singapore applicants had to be incorporated and operating locally, with at least 30% of ordinary shares held directly or indirectly by Singapore citizens or permanent residents. They also needed the financial capacity to begin and complete the proposed project.

How does the support work?

Eligible Singapore applicants could seek support of up to 70% of qualifying project costs under the Co-Innovation Programme, subject to Enterprise Singapore assessment and the call's requirements. No universal Singapore-dollar award cap was specified; approval depended on the project and its budget.

What expenditure can qualify?

Potentially qualifying costs included internal R&D manpower, equipment and software, materials, consumables and professional services accepted under Enterprise Singapore's national funding rules.

Key conditions

  • Include at least one eligible consortium partner from another participating Eureka country.
  • No project partner should account for more than 70% of the consortium's project budget.
  • Show genuine collaborative innovation and a credible route towards commercialisation.

Timing and application process

The Autumn 2026 round closed on 26 October 2026. Singapore applicants for any future round should first check the new Eureka call documents and consult Enterprise Singapore on its national application process; the 2026 window should not be treated as open.

Important programme distinctions

The closed date refers to the Autumn 2026 call, not the CELTIC-NEXT cluster programme as a whole. Other Eureka Clusters calls follow separate deadlines, participating-country rules and technical scopes.
